Electronic signatures created through Wokadoc are intended to be legally binding in accordance with applicable electronic signature laws. However, the legal enforceability of electronic signatures may vary depending on your jurisdiction and the nature of the document. It is your responsibility to ensure that electronic signatures are appropriate and legally valid for your specific use case. Wokadoc does not provide legal advice and recommends consulting a legal professional for matters requiring legal certainty.

5. Subscription and Billing

Wokadoc offers various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to your chosen billing cycle.

In addition to subscription plans, you may purchase individual document credits or AI analysis credits on a pay-per-use basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and design, are the exclusive property of Wokadoc and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all documents you upload to the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wokadoc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Wokadoc in the twelve months preceding the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our data retention policies.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lagos State, Nigeria.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
